Their entire ordering process was manual — sales reps processed purchase orders by hand, generated invoices manually, and managed product information across disconnected systems. Clients had no way to browse the catalog and place structured orders directly. Every order required back-and-forth communication, creating delays, errors, and unnecessary overhead. The client initially approached this as a simple invoice form. What became clear through discovery was that the business needed a complete ordering infrastructure.
A fully integrated wholesale ordering system
A fully integrated WordPress-based wholesale ordering system built from scratch. The system connects a live product catalog directly to a dynamic purchase order form, generates professional branded invoices automatically on submission, and gives the client full control over product management without touching any code. The project started at $300 and grew to $400 through honest scope communication as additional value was delivered.
